SharePoint 2010 and Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2011

Email | Print

If you pair a proven document management solution with a powerful customer relationship management solution, what do you get? I say you get pure bliss!

Imagine opening up a client’s account in Microsoft Dynamics CRM and not only being able to see all of your contacts at that account and their history, but also being able to link that client’s account directly to a document library in SharePoint. Although the integration between SharePoint and Microsoft Dynamics CRM was possible in the past releases with the use of JavaScript, with Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2011, the integration with SharePoint is native.
